Between graphic work, painting always remained present, often during vacations.
In recent years, painting has been taken up more seriously again. The style varies, with a strong preference for photographic realism.
This is clearly evident in Japan Dive In: a series of more than seventy paintings that present a pictorial and sharp image of Japan.
